Spring 3 Summary

Welcome back to Wildwood Heights!

No new additions to the neighborhood this rotation.

We had a total of 4 fires this round bringing the total fires to 17. There were 16 births this rotation. There have been 5 more burglaries since I last reported them. There were at least 2, if not more, this round alone. Total burglaries is now at 7. Have had 2 more electrocutions since last reported, bringing total to 5 electrocutions, none were this round.

Lucile Peters and Constance Hardy both landed with the 5 Top Level Businesses and they both started businesses. Roscoe Ebadi wants to be a Game Designer and unlike with Roxann, I had Roscoe open up an arcade that includes all of the items he needs to own to join the Gamer career.

  • $5,664 went out in refunds
  • $230,462 was brought in from taxes
  • Budget at the end of the round: $869,809

SM & Population & CAS Sims Available & Community Lots

  • Total Playable Sims is 140
  • SM is 15
  • Population is 2100

Goals for the Next Round

Nothing specific except unlock more stuff and make more progress in the individual challenge houses.

Will be adding in the Ramirez family next rotation as Tessa Ramirez keeps being brought home from school and don’t want “playable” kids being brought home by several generations. I also have the CAS Sims to allow it without running out.

Interesting Pictures

Constance Hardy running her kitchen supply shop. It has reached rank 10.

Lucille’s Peters’ Exercise Store has risen to rank 8.

Roscoe’s Simolean Arcade has reached rank 10.

Brigg’s Grocery has reached rank 8.

Bryon Silva is seen here having a mental breakdown. His wife had given birth at the end of the previous round and he had feared having kids. He had a breakdown at the end of the previous round as well. But we hadn’t gotten back around to the Silva 2 house by the time I played Constance Hardy and well, he’s still having a breakdown.

Typical day at the Tinker household. Hoping Wanda lasts long enough for her quads to age up to adult and get married.

Amina Pangalan’s parents, Gordon and Tempie Everett, randomly showed up at the house on the day that Amina was due to give birth. This is the first time that I’ve had grandparents randomly show up on such a day.

Why yes, this is Bryon and Loren Silva woohooing on the couch next to their teenage daughter Helena. To be fair to the pair, the kids weren’t home when the interaction started and Helena sat down next to them to play a video game.

Charles Foley and Lucian Briggs getting their first kisses with each other. They are in the same age group and Charles isn’t going to be moving back in with his parents come graduation, so this romance will be permitted to continue past age up to Young Adult.

While at Roscoe’s Simolean Arcade, ACR has Joanna Peters get her first kiss with a random townie. She later builds a relationship with Roscoe. Then, as Roscoe is headed to close the business down for the day after getting a crush on Joanna, sees Joanna and the random townie in a romantic interaction. Roscoe’s now furious with both of them. Both of them got shooed off the lot whenever they showed up to avoid the loss of stars from the inevitable fights.

One of the various burglaries. One of them even happened at the Police Chief’s house. You’d think the criminals would know which house the Police Chief lives at. It does seem to always be Russ Bear now that Jessica Ebadi has been made playable.

This was also the rotation of lets have fires.

Including one fire that seemed to start right as Bryon took the meal out of the oven. The person losing aspiration points is either Clarissa or Emeline (the twins Bryon and Loren had had at the end of the last rotation) as they were in the room when the fire started.
